Incredible, compassionate, hard-working … none of these words can fully describe Sharon and how she pours every inch of her heart into her work. Not long ago, my husband unexpectedly passed away leaving me in pretty much a destitute situation. I was forced to lose my home and at the time, I basically was just ready to let foreclosure happen because I simply was not up for more grief and headaches and trying to keep my head above water. After meeting with Sharon, she discussed everything in terms I was able to comprehend and constantly kept reinforcing why I should not let me house go into foreclosure. She took care of every detail with banks, mortgage companies and attorneys – all the phone calls, paper work, whatever it took – Sharon did it and kept me abreast of everything that was going on. I guess at the time I was so overwhelmed with what was happening, I simply didn’t care about anything but thanks to Sharon – she made me choose the right path to take. At times I would get so stressed and upset but Sharon never gave up on me or her attempt for the betterment of my future. Selling a house at the time I had mine for sale was an extremely bad time for selling – especially since my home had two mortgages. Sharon worked night and day to get the banks and mortgage companies to agree to a satisfactory price that they would be willing to accept. The week my house was due to go to foreclosure, Sharon found a buyer and my house was sold in lieu of foreclosure. I will always be grateful for Sharon – she never allowed me to throw the towel in no matter how much I just wanted to give up – she never walked away when my short comings were not always the most pleasant – she just never gave up. To this day, I still owe Sharon for looking out for my future. I recently needed to get a car loan, of which my credit report still indicated I owed a ton of money on a mortgage (they have not updated records yet). I simply presented the “mortgage has been satisfied” statement I received from the bank and I was approved for my car loan. Had Sharon allowed me to give up, this would not have been possible. I am so very thankful for how she looked out for me and never treated me like a reject – she understands when life throws someone a bad curve.
